ABOUT US

OUR INSPIRATION

On Christmas Eve, 1968, astronauts aboard Apollo 8 sent the iconic “Earthrise” image showing Earth rising above the moon. This now world-famous image stands as a symbol of Spaceship Earth and the vulnerability of our planet.

Today, Earth is more fragile than ever before. And yet it remains unique in our wide universe. That’s why we are committed to making a more sustainable world. RFA’s mission is not just to launch into space, but to help provide comprehensive real-time data that targets problems and leads to solutions for our precious planet.
